The Village at Fairview Is Now Fairview Town Center
The Village at Fairview, located at 329 Stacy Road in Fairview, Texas, is now Fairview Town Center! Effective immediately, the center will be utilizing the new brand and name for all advertising, signage, marketing efforts and promotional programs. Shoppers can expect the transition to start immediately and can visit the center’s new web site at www.fairviewtowncenter.com and find the center’s new social media feeds on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. shoppers are encouraged to join the new email list and follow social media feed to learn about all the changes coming to Fairview Town Center.
The center, which was purchased by Lincoln Property Company in December 2016, is about to undergo a $50 million redevelopment, which will include new signage, the removal of part of a building to accommodate a new green space, an additional vehicle entrance in to the heart of the center, and improved internal roads to allow better movement and visibility within the center. Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2017 with most improvements completed by November 2017. Some additional work will be completed during Spring 2018. “We are excited to begin the process of transforming Fairview Town Center and to serving the shopping needs of northern Collin County,” comments Robert Dozier, Executive Vice President Retail, Lincoln Property Company. “We look forward to welcoming new businesses and both our loyal shoppers and new shoppers to Fairview Town Center.”
Two new hotels, Residence Inn by Marriot and Home 2 Suites by Hilton as well as Overture - a senior living housing complex- are scheduled to open at Fairview Town Center in Summer 2017. Two new tenants, Blue Lion Salon Suites and F45 Fitness will be joining the tenant lineup. In addition, several existing tenants will be moving to new upgraded locations within the center.
