Fairview Town Center To Welcome Elliott's Hardware & Other New Stores
Fairview Town Center to Welcome Bowlero & Elliott’s Hardware - Additional Small Shop Retailers To Follow
Bowlero and Elliott’s Hardware will soon be opening at Fairview Town Center, located at the intersection of US 75 and Stacy Road in Fairview, TX. Both businesses are currently under construction with anticipated Fall openings.
Bowlero will bring the best in bowling, epic events, and exceptional eats to Fairview Town Center, Northern Collin County’s premier shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. Bowlero will add its unique spin on fun, taking over and transforming a 25,000 square foot space. The location at 351 Town Place will introduce Fairview residents to Bowlero—Bowlero Corp’s millennial-inspired brand - and will enhance Bowlero’s already considerable presence, with 10 locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area including Bowlmor Dallas, Bowlero Euless, and AMF Garland Lanes. Slated to open Fall 2018, Bowlero will be a one-stop entertainment destination complete with signature blacklight bowling lanes, laneside lounge seating, and hi-definition video walls that bring bowling to an entirely new level. The new Bowlero will also feature a giant arcade and the brand’s impressive menu that includes upscale food and beverage offerings.
Elliott’s Hardware, a Dallas area favorite for hardware and home goods, will be opening in a 20,000 square foot space located on the corner of Town Place and Prairie Road. In addition to typical hardware store products, Elliott’s Hardware will feature grills from Big Green Egg, Traeger, Weber and Napoleon and outdoor power equipment from Stihl and Honda. A dedicated Indoor Décor center will serve as a solutions center for paint and decorative hardware. The Fairview store will also have new and expanded areas to attract and meet the needs of the local demographics: seasonal live plants; a specialty gift area featuring fun, unique and locally made products; a Kid Zone with educational and retro-style toys.
“We are thrilled to have Bowlero and Elliott’s Hardware join the Fairview Town Center family,” comments Matthew Gallo, Senior Vice President, Lincoln Property Company. “Bowlero brings terrific family entertainment and Elliott’s Hardware brings a hardware store and more to area residents. We know our shoppers will love having both businesses at Fairview Town Center.
In addition, Bowlero and Elliott’s Hardware will be joined by new specialty retailers in the coming months; Amazing Lash (2019), Cream & Sugar (August 2018), and Destinations Wine Bar (late 2018). These retailers join recently opened F45 Training, Blue Lion Salon Suites, CA Martial Arts Club, and Paula Deen’s Family Kitchen. A $50 million-dollar redevelopment featuring wider roads, a new access road, new signage and The Park – a new greenspace - is also nearing completion.
