At Fairview Town Center, the health and safety of our guests, residents, retailers and employees is our highest priority.  As we begin to reopen Fairview Town Center and welcome the community back to the center, we are taking the following steps :

  • Compliance with all CDC, state of Texas and local recommendations and guidelines.

  • Enhanced signage reminding guests to practice social distancing.

  • Increased cleaning of public areas and restrooms as well as high touch areas.

  • Additional hand sanitizing stations near restrooms and in common area hallways.

 The Park, The Grotto and other common areas, including the play park, basketball courts and open area located behind The Cortona on the Walking Trail are now open. The seating in The Fountain area is also open, but The Fountain will remain off until further notice per the Governor’s mandate.

In addition, Events have been postponed until it is safe to host gatherings again.
